ZillowVERIFIEDIgor is extremely helpful and has assisted us with finding a renter for our condo AND with his help once again we just successfully purchased a house. We are thankful for all of the valuable guidance and expertise he provided through every step of the process. It is a difficult market for homes and mortgages right now and with his help we got through the seemingly endless searching and bidding to find our home. Anytime we hit a roadblock, Igor got us back on track. He gave us solid advice and encouragement when we clearly needed it. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED After 20 long months on the market, I was starting to lose hope of ever selling my apartmen, Igor continued on the path to sell my apartment. From our very first conversation, I knew I was in the hands of a true professional. The market knowledge, strategic approach, and tireless dedication made all the difference. Communication was always clear, prompt, and honest. What impressed me most was his persistence and positivity, even when the process felt challenging. Thanks to his expertise and commitment, my apartment finally soldaEUR"and at a price I'm very happy with. ZillowVERIFIED 12/2023 I hired Igor to help me sell my co-op. My experience with Igor was professional and efficient. He guided me every step of the way. The process went smoothly and I got the price that I wanted. With Igors help, I am now in contract for my new co-op. 3/2024 I'm back to say I bought the co-op in the area I wanted! If you know anything about co-ops, it's a long process but Igor made it as easy as possible. I highly recommend Igor to anyone that wants a smooth process in their real estate transaction. He is very knowledgeable and will be able to steer you along your journey.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant express enough gratitude for the incredible support and guidance I received from Igor, my real estate agent, throughout the home-buying journey. As a first-time homebuyer, I had previously attempted to find the home of my dreams with other agents, but it was only when I met Igor that my experience truly transformed. From day one, Igor showed an unparalleled commitment to understanding my needs and desires. His in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, coupled with an impressive array of buying strategies, ensured that I had the upper hand in the often competitive and fast-paced world of home buying. He gave me invaluable advice on when to make offers and how to negotiate effectively, and I immediately felt like I had a strong advocate in my corner. What truly set Igor apart, however, was his unwavering dedication and his personal touch. He provided clear directions, guiding me through every step of the process, from the initial house-hunting to the final closing. His patience in answering my numerous questions and concerns was truly remarkable and put my mind at ease during what can be a stressful process. But what touched my heart the most was the thoughtful gesture of gifting me my first appliance for my new home. It wasnt just an appliance; it was a symbol of Igors commitment to making my transition into homeownership as smooth and memorable as possible. It was a gesture that demonstrated a level of care and consideration that goes above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks to Igors expertise, dedication, and personal touch, I not only found my dream home but also felt supported and valued every step of the way. If youre a first-time homebuyer or anyone in need of an exceptional real estate agent, I wholeheartedly recommend Igor. His professionalism, guidance, and genuine kindness are truly second to none. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had him by my side in this life-changing journey. Thank you, Igor, from the bottom of my heart.

ZillowVERIFIED There are not enough stars to rate Igor Krasnoperov and Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty! Igor is one of a kind. I?ve moved a lot in my life but never has the experience been as smooth and seamless as it was with Igor. His attention to detail is amazing. I?ve ever been more prepared and more in the know every step of the home buying process as my husband and I were, when we worked with Igor. Igor knew the ins and outs of each and every single home we looked at. The process with Igor never felt like it was a business transaction but instead, a true friend helping find the perfect home. His knowledge and expertise is truly incredible. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! From the bottom of our hearts thank you Igor for always treating us like family.

He kept the interaction very clear, explained many things which I might have missed out, and guided me through the entire process. ZillowVERIFIED I love Igor!! He?s amazing! He is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I recently contacted him to sell my property for me. Within a matter of days, we had received four offers, and had an accepted offer which was only $500 under the asking price. I would highly recommend working with Igor! I?ve worked with many realtors in the area, and he?s by far my favorite. I?ll definitely call him again when I?m ready for my next real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Igor Krasnoperov and his Keller Williams, NY Team Success to sell our house in Brewster, NY and couldn?t have been happier from start to finish. We listed it in March of 2022 and within ten days we were in contract with an offer $45,000 above asking price. We closed on the house at the offer price on our timetable within two and a half months. A big shoutout to team member, Vlora Sejdi, who I dealt with on a near daily basis early on. She calmly talked me through the inevitable hurdles that occur during the sale of a house. Team Success was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the entire process and would recommend them to sell your house.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so fortunate to have found Igor Krasnoperov as our buyers agent. He responded right away to a cold call from us and he was there for us every step of the way. First he took the time to understand our goals and to truly listen. He then created a detailed search and analyzed each property we considered. He met us at several locations, often on short notice, and was always patient, and never rushed us into any decision, but also knew when to move quickly when needed. His network of professionals was essential in getting an offer accepted, scheduling a home inspection, contract negotiations, and finally a successful closing. Above all, he is a delightful, warm, enthusiastic, positive person with a great attitude, which matters greatly in such an important process. Thank you Igor!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to work with Lauren Verona. She understands the housing market. We began house hunting immediately after the COVID ban was lifted. She was willing to go look at homes every weekend. She paid attention to all of my details and what I was looking for in a home. She is a people person and she has an engaging personality. I have given her name to a few people as a recommendation.

Every step of the process was made clear to me, and whenever I called with a question or concern, they were prompt to reply and provide me with the information I needed. Their evaluation of the real estate market and how to price my house was on point, and things?despite Covide19?went smooth all the way to the end. I couldn?t be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Elisabeth was a great experience for my fiance and me. She was always available to us. Even if she missed a call from us, she called us right back. Always eager and willing to get answers for our many questions (trust me, we had a lot)! We are still getting our hone move in ready. But once we are finished, we plan on having her over to see what we?ve done with the place. Not only did we acquire a new home, but also a new friend in Elisabeth. Can?t wait to entertain her in my new dining room!!! (Inside joke)

ZillowVERIFIED Igor is a agent you can trust, rely on in every step of the way. He doesnt give up on you or your house, patient enough to get the job done. He is one of not very many agents now who actually still does real estate full time for living. And as tough as real estate market nowadays, Igor is actually successful. Easy going and easy to talk to.

ZillowVERIFIED Igor reassured us that our house was perfectly sellable when we thought it was too run down to sell without significant renovations. He said he could sell it as is, and he did. There was a buyer within three days of being put up for sale. Most impressive was the brilliant photography with which Igors photographer staged our home. This presentated our home in the best possible light which greatly facilitated the sale. Finally, when I feared the sale would fall through because of delay in the process on the buyers end, including some concerns with the buyers financing, Igor was on the phone with me at once reassuring me that all was well and would work out well in the end. At every point in the process Igor was on top of all issues, very sensitive to our concerns, and very skilled in addressing them. We are exceptionally happy with his work.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Igor and his agency Rising Star was exceedingly positive in unique ways. His professionalism and response to my individual needs were extraordinary. He provided buyer prospects that were an excellent fit to my purposes in selling and he provided incredible references for services needed in selling and closing ( for example his top of the line attorney reference which i used in closing). He also extended a human dimension in dealings. I sold house in short time and will highly recommend him to my friends and acquaintances in housing market.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought a house from Igor and later needed an appraiser with local knowledge to grieve the taxes. We were able to negotiate a price for the house which was much less than expected. When it was time to find an appraiser, Igors team brought such value to the process!!! We recd a 1/3 reduction in taxes all due to the extraordinary work of the appraiser - and that was without a middle man that would take a good portion of the savings. Would highly recommend this team!!!
