My clients Father reached out to me to ask that I help his son with a 1st time purchase. He had a low budget and needed closing cost assistance in a very HOT sellers market. My client was realistic and will to look at all homes in his budget. We found a home in great condition but needed cosmetic updates, LOT of paint - LOL - But he was will to take that on and I was able to negotiate the price and the closing costs.
I started in 1985. I met a lady that was a successful Property Manager and she told me she thought I'd be a great Rental Hostess (Leasing Agent) It sounded very interesting to me and I pursued it. I fell in LOVE with helping people find a home that fit their needs, wants and budget. The rest is history.
