This conviction was immediately tested when Ian began his real estate career in 2008, right after the housing market collapsed. When many agents were struggling with a difficult market, Ian found his niche. He saw a need to help rescue families from foreclosure, allowing them to wipe their hands clean of mounting debt, and make a fresh start through successfully completing a short sale.

In the years since, Ian's thrived in working with clients from many different backgrounds.
