ZillowVERIFIED Been working with Ian for 3 years. He came highly recommended by close personal friends, and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Ian was knowledgeable, responsive and helpful from the start. We didn't know much about the area, other than that we wanted to purchase there. Ian helped us get the lay of the land, and get a good feel for the best options within our price range. Ian was patient as my wife and I worked through our differences in opinion and priorities. We ultimately found a great property, at a fair price. Ian was helpful, honest, professional, confident, with a great personal style and way of dealing with different types of people. Many thanks to Ian for helping us find our dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED I have called Ian on some properties near the Jersey shore. He was very responsive and knowledgeable with the area and market values. I never bought a property that year, but he was always very kind and willing to answer all of my questions. When the time to buy is right for me, Ian will be the agent I call. Thank you for your kindness and help!

ZillowVERIFIED Ian Lazarus was instrumental in finding our recently purchased shore home in Sea Isle City and getting the negotiations done. Ian and his associate Sam Levy spent countless days and hours over a 2+ year period keeping us informed and showing us various properties that came on the market that suited our needs. As a reult, we were able to move quickly when we became motivated buyers after finding the right property. Ian navigated us through the entire process and was able to get over all of the speed bumps that arose.

ZillowVERIFIED My property was a third floor condo unit with no elevator and I could not pay my mortgage, I was heading for foreclosure. This was not going to be an easy sale. Ian explained all my options, and I decided to stick it out and hope a short sale would come through. I was so excited when an offer finally did, but couldn't believe all the obstacles that presented themselves. Ian handled them all smoothly, professionally, and all along keeping my best interest his priority. He negotiated the short sale process with the bank, no easy task, and the many demands of the buyers. Ian is a knowledgeable, experienced professional who did an amazing job on my behalf, and I would recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED ian went way out of his way to help my daughter and i find a rental while my house was being built. he not only knew the real estate market like the back of his hand but was always easy to contact. he gave me his cell phone number. when i called to speak with him he was the one answering the phone. if i had to leave a message he would call back in a very short time. to describe ian would be to say, "simply the best".

ZillowVERIFIED Ian helped my wife and I find our dream home at the Jersey Shore. He has to be one of the most patient individuals that I have ever met. I say this because it took nearly 7 years to find the right home for us and Ian was there the entire time. A consummate professional with a lot of local knowledge, always responsive and without any pressure he would gladly make himself available. If we ever decide to purchase another home he will be the first I call. I highly recommend Ian whenever I can...he's a terrific guy!Rich Fetters- WWC. New Jersey.
