He selflessly sacrificed his time and money to get my house sold in a very short time. He helped me to get rid of a very bad tenant, my house was left in ruins and not resealable, Mr Obiakor went out of his way to get me someone who could renovate the house at a reasonable cost, he helped me supervise all the work being done without asking for any extra payment from me, he drove to pick up all the appliances needed and he was able to negotiate the best price for us on the market. He is selfless, honest, hardworking real estate agent who maintains professionalism and very knowledgeable about the business.

There were some minor things in at the home inspection that I wasn't very concerned with and he even had those corrected. He helped us to construct an offer on the house that got us what we wanted with several other offers in the table.
