ZillowVERIFIED After several viewings, our family gave up looking for houses since the inventory was very low and most of the houses were selling above asking price; however, she was able to put us back on track and regain confidence in the market. Finally, the perfect house came on the market and Humaira was able to convince the seller s agent to cancel the open house and accept our offer which is unheard in the area since there are typically multiple offers for this houses in this area. Amazing patience and negotiation skills. In addition, she was very helpful with the lender by pressing the gas whenever it was required. Hats off to Humaira!!!
