Our experience with Dawn was truly the best ever! The process from start to finish was flawless. We honestly believe if not for Dawn our dream home wouldn't have happen. Dawns hard work and dedication proved to be at the highest levels. Our process with her was a 100% error free and never once had second thoughts about working with Dawn. We had never met Dawn prior to looking for a new home, but after meeting her and getting to know her we have been blessed to have a new friend for life. Dawn kept us informed on any movement of the real estate process from early morning to late evening continuously. Derek consulted me and my fiancA(C) on the selling process by giving us a Predictive Market Analysis for our home in Dorr, MI. We decided to hold off until the fall, but we will definitely be using Derek Zokoe and Boeve Properties when we do decide to sell! Dawn takes your home search seriously. She knows the area and is also willing to expand her knowledge of other communities around the greater Grand Rapids area. She always and I mean always made us feel as if we were very special people to her. She never made us feel as if we were asking too much from her. Always smiling and greeted us with a cheerfulness that was contagious. We couldn't seem to decide exactly where we wanted to look for houses. Did we want to look in Grand Rapids itself, or look at outlying communities. How far from Grand Rapids did we want to look? We had her looking all over the place. Some days we had 3 houses to look at and the first might be in Sparta, the second in Wyoming, and the 3rd in Walker. You get my point. She never made us feel as if we were asking too much. Always that smile and cheerfulness. Always willing to look at that "one more house". We were looking at houses in the Grand Rapids area from our home in Tennessee and used Zoom to look at the houses. I am a very picky and Dawn was always happy to go look at that previous room a second or even 3rd time. Have you ever tried walking in an unfamiliar place, holding a camera and talking. all at the same time? Dawn managed to make this look easy. I highly recommend Dawn to help you with your house hunting. You won't be disappointed.

I spent time with Alishia reviewing the buying + selling process of Boeve Properties. I really like their model as a real estate agency which is different than most. Having an agent who is specifically trained as a buyer's specialist or a listing specialist allows them to focus and be experts and the specific service you need.As a buyer's specialist, Alishia hones in on FINDING YOU A HOME while other team members at Boeve Properties manage home listings, marketing, and such. I would definitely use both Alishia + BP when buying or selling.
