ZillowVERIFIEDDerek consulted me and my fiancA(C) on the selling process by giving us a Predictive Market Analysis for our home in Dorr, MI. We decided to hold off until the fall, but we will definitely be using Derek Zokoe and Boeve Properties when we do decide to sell! Derek lowered my fiancA(C)s fear about the housing market by providing us a lot of information about where the market is at and where it has been and explained it in a way that we understood. The real estate agents at Boeve properties truely go out of their way to make everything an easy process, you can trust that they have your best interest as their #1 priority.

ZillowVERIFIED I spent time with Alishia reviewing the buying + selling process of Boeve Properties. I really like their model as a real estate agency which is different than most. Having an agent who is specifically trained as a buyer's specialist or a listing specialist allows them to focus and be experts and the specific service you need.As a buyer's specialist, Alishia hones in on FINDING YOU A HOME while other team members at Boeve Properties manage home listings, marketing, and such. I would definitely use both Alishia + BP when buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED As an investor in the west Michigan area and a homeowner drew has helped me more than once so you can trust me when I write this review. You are wasting your time if youre not using drew with Boeve properties. Youre more likely to actually get the house you want in this crazy market with drew. Hell beat out the other realtors you find on Zillow in a heartbeat. Great communication and overall knowledge. Super helpful and even gave me a sick cooler for my boat lol when we closed ?? side note he always shares my rental properties on fb and helps me find good tenants!

ZillowVERIFIED Drew was amazing! This was our first time buying a house and he walked us through the entire process and made sure we understood our options and could make the most informed decisions. Any question we had he would respond to quickly and made the process smooth, even in a crazy market. He took the time not only to learn our house wants but to learn about us and it made the experience so much more valuable! If you are looking for a great realtor talk to Boeve Properties and Drew Boeve!

ZillowVERIFIED Drew was a great choice for us in buying our new home. Weve worked with Boeve properties before and Drew did a great job and was very professional. He is very flexible and was willing to do all he could to help us out during the home buying process and continued to help us even after the closing resolve a few loose ends. Would highly recommend Drew and appreciate his help getting my family into our new home!
