ZillowVERIFIED Howard is the most dependable and efficient real estate broker I have ever worked with. I have purchased and sold more than a dozen properties in last 20 years and in my experience he is one of the most thorough and reliable professionals. I live out of state and needed additional help in taking care of property before it got sold. He was very helpful throughout the process. I would recommend him for any of my friends.

ZillowVERIFIED As a real estate investor we purchase foreclosure properties often. We also run a home inspection company that inspects REO properties often. Many times REO listing agents are very difficult to work with and dont know much about the properties they are listing. Howard is the opposite of this. He makes purchasing a foreclosure easier than buying a standard listing. He works seamlessly with the buyers and buyers agent. He knows all the details of this listings and his listings are far more taken care of then the typical REO property. Because of him we will only purchase a foreclosure if hes the listing agent. We highly recommend Howard Spencer!

ZillowVERIFIED Howard helped us through the craziest home selling process! He was constantly in touch, letting us know what was going on, and always available to talk/text/email when we had questions or issues. To say he went above and beyond is truly an understatement. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, honest, responsive, helpful and caring agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Your review helps others decide on the right agent for them. Please tell o others why you recommend this agent. Howard was able to get our property sold in a rather quick period of time. Since we did not live at the address ,it being an estate, he was willing to help with things at the house when we couldn't get there ( he went the extra mile to help us).
