My mothers home and 5 acres went active first and she had 6 offers in 6 days. Her adjacent lot of 6.8 acres sold in 2 days. Our home with 6.7 acres had an equestrian arena and tack room, which narrowed the population of potential buyers. We had an offer early on but couldnt work out an agreed price with them. It took quite a lot longer to sell our property. Howard was very informative and guided us as we had hoped for, through all the negotiations. He also checked in regularly when we had a lapse of time without a showing. He returned calls and answered questions without delay.
