Howard King

Brings over 30 years of continuous commercial investment experience acquired in both corporate-institutional and entrepreneurial organizations. Howard has directed the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and portfolio management of income and user properties in the southeast. His specialty is transaction and advisory services for real estate investors involved with income property in the greater Birmingham area and in obtaining properties for administrative and clinical use by healthcare providers and non-profit organizations. Howard holds both an MBA and MS degree. He is a state certified real estate instructor, serves on the editorial review board for the CCIM Journal and was a board member and past president of the Alabama CCIM Chapter.
