ZillowVERIFIEDMr. Howard "Bucky" Buchanan is a professional and respectable real estate agent, one that I would highly recommend to family and friends. His calm demeanor allows one to feel comfortable and secure in a rather stressful time in one's life i.e home buying. His local knowledge pertaining to the area in which he serves as a real estate agent provides a level of confidence to the client. If I am in the home buying and or selling process within the near future, I will definitely utilize the expertise and overall down to earth individual that I come to know as simply, Bucky.
ZillowVERIFIEDBucky did an outstanding job. Since we were selling a home while living out-of -state, Bucky handled many issues that would have been difficult for us to deal with. For example, he followed up on several open issues necessary to obtain a Certificate of Occupany from the Township. He obtained a survey and also followed up with the building inspector to close out an open item with the new furnace. He met the building inspector at the house to perform the inspection.
