Hope Wilson is very passionate about home ownership! Her dogged determination and willingness to do whatever it takes makes her clients feel supported throughout the process of buying or selling a home. She has a diverse background in sales, marketing, design and construction. She puts her combined experiences and broad base of knowledge to work every day for both buyers and sellers. Since becoming a Real Estate Agent in 2009, Hope quickly became a Multi-Million Dollar producer. In 2019, Hope earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation. A CRS REALTOR® is a Certified Residential Specialist--one of the top 3 percent of real estate agents in the U.S. CRS agents have more experience and training than the average REALTOR®. To become a CRS, REALTORS® must meet a number of stringent requirements that combine advanced hours of education and training, experience and success in the marketplace. Hope is also passionate about animal welfare. In 2019, she was elected to the Board of Directors for YOUR Humane Society SPCA and serves as the Board Secretary. Hope received the RE/MAX Premier Realty Humanitarian Award in 2017 and 2018 for her fundraising efforts on behalf of YOUR Humane Society SPCA (The Humane Society/SPCA of Sumter County, Inc.) Being a top-producing agent is more than a full-time job for Hope. After work and volunteering, if there is any free time left, you'll find her at home with her husband and their 2 dogs, working in her garden, or out on their boat enjoying the beautiful Florida waterways.

Any real estate agent can list your home. The best real estate agents are there for you when you live 600 miles away and a prospective buyer needs an inspection or wants something fixed. Sharon was not only quick to offer to let people into my townhouse when needed, she also helped with recommendations for companies to do the work I needed. I was on a very tight timeline to close before traveling out of the country, and Sharon helped fill the gaps when I needed her. Shes a joy to work with and I highly recommend her for her hard work and professionalism.

Hope is excellent! I've been thinking of selling our rental house in Florida for a while, so I've emailed her once a year to look at comps and each time she got back to me quickly and never pressured me to sell. We finally sold our house as an out-of-state closing during the pandemic, and she handled all of the challenges beautifully. It was very difficult to get people out to make small repairs before closing, but Hope coordinated everything beautifully. I am still in awe of her! I can't recommend her highly enough. She will be our go-to for any transactions in her area.
