Hope came to my house and hit the ground running until the moment I gave her my keys at closing. Hope is an expert in her field and knows what it takes to sell a house. Hope set up a website, YouTube slide show and had the listing showing up from TN to NY!! Hope worked with realtors to schedule showings and kept constant communication with me. Hope would drop by the house to make sure everything looked good after I had moved out. I am amazed how large Hope's network is. Hope knows a person for everything you need. If you need someone to mow the lawn to a contractor to the bug guy. Hope knows them. I will forever go to hope if I need to buy or sell another home. We moved from Wisconsin and obviously could not be here all the time for buying our home so Hope and Amy kept us in the loop constantly and were SO HELPFUL. It made us nervous not being here for the home inspection and such, but they took care of it for us and even when I had offered to call certain people for inspections, etc., they said they would handle everything. It was very comforting and made the process less stressful. They also recommended veterinarians for our animals and offered any advice/questions we have about the area. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH. She found all the right people that could make the house repairs and sold the house after only 3 weeks of multiple showings. She made sure that the people that where interested in my home were prequalified for a loan, so as, that there was no time wasted on people that could not even afford a home and I did not waste valuable time on an offer that would not go through. She came to the home prepared with necessary information about the property, comparable real estate listings, and a plan for advertising our listing. I was very impressed with her list of possible buyers and how they might use the property. She carefully evaluated the house and property. She sent a list of recommendations to upgrade the house and property to make them more appealing to a buyer. She sent a weekly e-mail to keep me informed of website activity on our listing. Hope sent an e-mail notification each time our property was being shown and a follow up e-mail notification of the feedback from the showing. I found this extremely helpful. When she received notice of an offer, she notified us immediately. She met with us and advised us in creating our counter offer. We had several things to accomplish before closing and she very graciously stepped us and helped to prepare for closing ahead of the contract date. She came to my home to pick up pest control contract. She also worked with the title agency to see that closing went as smoothly as possible. On a personal note, I would like to express my thanks for her understanding and compassion as we went through the process of selling our family home. This home was built by our grandfather and we, the heirs of the estate, spent a lot of our childhood time in this house. It was a very bittersweet time and Hope was very respectful of our emotions, sad to see it go, but glad to move on with settling the estate. She was friendly, always returned our calls, listened to our concerns, and made good professional recommendations. I am very pleased with her professional work as our real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Hope was a real trooper, staying constantly in contact to keep us advised as to the progress or lack of progress of things. She originally was going to ask a lower price for the house, but noticed that the market was starting to move so she upped the price. We decided that we wanted to buy a house in Murfreesboro prior to selling our house because if we waited till April that would enhance the looks because it gave time for the foliage to come in full bloom. Also she got people to come out and work on areas that needed to be fixed up and a cleaning lady to give it the finishing touch after everything was moved out. Hope put us in touch with a Remax agent in Murfreesboro to find us a townhouse which we did and are very pleased with that transaction. Additionally when several people showed up a the opening she got the interested parties to submit offers filtering out the good and the not so good. It was the highest offer that we sold the house to and that was for more than we were asking. Now because we did not want to drive back and forth between Rockford and Murfreesboro TN (Jeanette is 80 and I'll turn 77 August 8th) Hope handle all the transaction over the Internet and we responded. Things worked out so well that I told her that we make a good team and we surely did. She sold the house within two months time.
