My wife and I worked with Holly Winn and had an awesome experience. We spent a few weeks truly going out to look at houses and she was flexible with setting up house viewings quickly when something came on the market we wanted to see, even next day! When we were ready to put in offers she helped us understand the different ways we could make our offer attractive outside of price, and gave us guidance on what she thought gave us the best chance to win the bid. She also has a team of people that she's vetted that you can use for things like the loan and inspections. We used her recommendation for both and I highly recommend them. That was really helpful so we weren't just hoping for someone good. Holly and her team were able to turn around the entire close process in less than 4 weeks (during snowpocalypse!) and we everything went as planned.
