ZillowVERIFIEDThis is the second property we have purchased with Holly Smith as our agent. You cannot make up stuff like this. She showed us the house on a Thursday, she sealed the offer Friday and we closed two weeks later. The seller and sellers agent could not believe how smoothly the transaction went from contract to closing. What they did not see was Holly and her team jumping the hoops, staying on the job, instantly answering phone. text messages and emails for two weeks. I do wonder if she sleeps. I dont think people fully grasp how much work goes into being a realtor/agent. Its certainly not a nine to five job. Agents like Holly Smith, who dont stop til the job is done, are what you want when you are buying or selling property.
