I got connected with holly via Zillow to look at a home I was interested in , a few seconds into the call and saying my name Mrs Rosser asked me if I was preapproved for a home I had advised no since I just wanted to look at the home it being a fixer upper , I had already applied to be pre approved previously and stopped that process to be able to get a higher purchase power so knew well I could afford this house as why I am looking at it , Holly then proceeded to say she did not show homes without a pre approval and did not want to drive out there aEURoelocal agent aEURoe she advised she would check she availability and get back with me (never did ) in that time I found the sellers listing agent contacted them and got a tour schedule for the next day no if and or buts or fuzz with a happy face the next day (coldwell bankers ) work with them anyways if I could give a negative to this agent I would she wouldnt know if I was paying cash so she has no need in treating me like I cant afford the home and am not worth her time her job is to show homes she needs to get off her high horse glad I found the other agent would not work with Holly as she does not seem as a humble person to me that should be selling homes to familys made me not want to pursue this home , which thanks to my other agent I will be making a offer for
