The next day we put an offer on house #2, it was accepted and we closed yesterday. Holly also gave us great references for homeowners insurance and a mortgage broker. She even gave us some great advice on places to go and where to eat. Holly kept in touch with us throughout the month-long process to closing, so we always knew what was going on and what to expect next. Since were not local, she even did a final walk-through of the property on our behalf to make sure all was in order.
