ZillowVERIFIEDHolly worked extremely hard to prep for showing, hosted multiple open house events, and the real work came to close. Was instrumental meeting contractors, inspectors, you name it. A great deal of sweat and hard work was put into wrapping this up, and she got it done!!!!! Very happy clients!

ZillowVERIFIED DeAnn was very professional and when I had a question, she was immediately available to answer it. I would very highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed. She works hard to make your sale as easy as it can be. She treated my Sale as if it were a priority for her. More than that I gained a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from out of state and we're extremely grateful to have a team that quickly went to work finding us a home, knowing we wouldn't be available to do much of our own leg work. We contacted DeAnn on a Friday, and by Monday we were pre-approved, reviewed listings, and had our offer submitted. They honestly couldn't be any harder working, and their communication is top notch.

ZillowVERIFIED Talk about the coolest, most amazing people ever! Not only we're they extremely helpful during the process of selling our house and buying a new one. They made what is normally a long and stressful process, enjoyable! They always kept us informed of what was going on! They were absolute ROCKSTARS! & we were their first clients! If you're looking for average, go through someone else... BUT if you're looking for exceptional, relatable, communicable, and personable realtors, these. are. your. people!!! I recommend HIGHLY buying a house through DeAnn & Jordan! One small phone call not only found us a realtor but new friends for life! We love y'all!!

ZillowVERIFIED I never thought after my previous experiences that selling or buying a house could be so much fun! This team is second to none!!! We were on the market for six months, showing after showing, under contract twice and no luck. Then this team stepped in and in no time we were at the closing table!!! It was so fast and easy and they helped us every step of the way with open and honest communication and knowledge! 10/10 would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Holly and immediately liked and respected her. She helped us find and purchase our current home. She also assisted us with the sale of another property. She has become our first source for real estate. She helped us when we considered a move. We referred our neighbors to her a few years ago. And most recently we've sought her out to help our son purchase property. We could not think of a more qualified and knowledgeable person to handle our real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have used Holly twice now for a realtor and have nothing but great things to say about our experiences. She is on the ball and gets things done. I also feel like she truly has her clients best interest at heart and is willing to speak up for them whenever necessary whether it be in negotiation, dealing with inspections, or any other scenario that may arise. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Holly went out of her way to be sure that she had accurate market comps, and helped us to negotiate a great deal on our home. She was always available by phone to answer any questions or concerns that we had, up until the day we closed.

ZillowVERIFIED Even though Holly didn't know us, our first experience with her was wonderful. She found a home for us in our timeline of 2 days and had listened to our requests, wasted no time and took us to homes we loved. When we decided to sell that home, we reached out to Holly once again. She found a buyer within 24 hours of listing the house. She negotiated well and walked away with a full price offer. We cannot say enough good things about Holly.

ZillowVERIFIED Holly was great. From day one you could tell she was really passionate about what she does and she works hard to take care of her clients. It didn't seem to matter when we were trying to get ahold she was always available or called us back as quick as she could.

ZillowVERIFIED Was very helpful through the entire first time home buying experience. Answered all my calls and questions. I am a very high maintenance customer and although my home wasn't a huge buy she was still very attentive and we had an awesome experience. Will use her to sell the house when we do and to buy our next one.
