All About Jennie Jennie Greever is an outstanding business professional that makes you feel like family. Quick version is we live in Canada so trying to find a main area of interest in Jupiter was difficult. We had tried to work with another realtor which didnt go as well as we hoped BUT I found Jennie. She asked so many questions and spent time with me finding out who we are and what makes usaEUR|us. The way we were met and introduced we knew we had a good fit and excited to start our journey with such amazing positive energy. She really made us comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. I strongly advise against entering into any deals with Martin et el without first consulting knowledgeable legal counsel to protect your legal rights and interests. It had become apparent to me that Martin lacks proper thoroughness in certain document review (especially mortgage commitment letter requirements) and disregards specific requests made by his clients. It seemed that his priority was more about maintaining a relationship with the seller's agent rather than advocating for my interests as the customer as per a text he had the audacity to send to me. This has left me in a very precarious situation, requiring me to seek extensive legal advice. Furthermore, I would caution against working with anyone Martin might recommend for a mortgage. I was placed in a position where I felt I was being pressured to commit potential illegal mortgage activity by his recommended broker, (I did not for obvious reasons) to secure loan approval, which is both alarming and unacceptable- It was advised & suggested I lower my insurance levels to push my mortgage through due to DTI issues and then raise my insurance levels post closing (All on text and or audio recording) -That is potentially committing illegal means to obtain a mortgage/funds. This experience has been incredibly troubling, and I feel it is important to share my scary concerns with consumers to prevent others from facing a similar situation. Or even civil and or possible criminal consequences from negligent advice or actions of this individual. Clearly intellect told me-to back away, major red flags!! I also will not be intimidated nor threatened in any capacity, especially when it comes to potential legal consequences on myself - Very unethical!!

ZillowVERIFIED Joe = absolutely remarkable. Joe helped me recently close on a home and get engaged on the same day and I owe my world to both him and the Meyer Lucas team! We found an amazing home thanks to his persistence and absolutely amazing local and home expertise. He walked through every house like a detective and unlocked a ton of learnings about the houses we were looking at and what my fiance and I wanted in our home. When I went to sign on our house, Joe stayed behind a bit and moved a 300-400 lb obstruction out to the front of the yard because it was actually impacting the view of the house and my upcoming proposal when we pulled up. Ill also never forget a low point in our home search where I called him and he sat on the phone with me for over 45 minutes talking me through how it goes, how to remain positive and how to really evaluate what was important in our house. That pep talk led to us finding our home just a week or two after!!!! Outside of the soft skills of being realtor, he negotiated down the price of our home to a level that was advantageous to us, secured a last minute cash bonus the day of signing (that allowed us to repaint the inside of the whole house and strip the yard of years of overgrowth) and he had the sellers replace copper plumbing, a water heater, fix a generator and a host of other things they initially didnt want to do. I work in negotiations and dont think I would hassle Joe. He has a strong backbone and eye for how to negotiate and deal with others. I hope I dont have to work with a new realtor for a while but I know who Ill call, Joe, Jennie and the crew at Meyer-Lucas. Everytime I share my experience working with Joe with colleagues or friends I win the best realtor discussion.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough good things about Tabbi Yager; I was blessed that Compass assigned her to me when I contacted Holly Meyer-Lucas about listing my house. Prior to hiring Compass, I was with another firm that showed the house 4? times in 6 months. Tabbi was my Compass lead and showed my house to SIXTEEN different qualified buyers and sold the house for record amount - $6.3MM - in 83 days! We sold for more than $2 million more than any house has ever sold in Ibis, and set a record for the northwestern part of Palm Beach Co -almost $2MM more than any prior sale. She worked unbelievably hard and was always there for anything I might need. Any time; any day. She negotiated with vendors on my behalf, and always got me a better deal than I thought possible. Very streetwise. As I said at the outset, you simply cannot do better than Tabbi. Dont believe what you might hear from other realtors: Tabbi brought ALL the potential buyers. Knowing that he was local to Jupiter and that the office was conveniently located in Tequesta, I called David as I was specifically looking for an agent that was very familiar with the area. David exceeded every expectation and made the process of selling my first home the best experience I could have imagined. From start to finish, the process took 39 days from the day I signed the buyer's agreement to closing. The photographer was efficient and produced very high-quality pictures for the listing. The listing was well executed and drew a lot of attention. Most importantly, David was extremely involved in every step of the process, not only communicating problems that may have arose but creating solutions for them before even coming to me. He assisted me with everything from helping to schedule a reliable plumber to meeting the plumber at the unit. On another instance, he just so happened to stop by the unit the morning it went on the market and thank goodness he did because the electricity was turned off and it was 80 degrees inside! It was those little things, the minor details that made this entire experience enjoyable. David's attention to detail, persistence and motivation made him the best agent ever. He was by my side to assist through the entire process and made me feel supported and not alone (Mind you, I am a young woman who was selling her first investment property on her own so this was very important to me). Aside from David, Shannon (manager of real estate operations with the team) was another person who made this process very smooth.
