My sons worked with Holly to buy 4 houses; this says a lot about Holly as they are very savvy business mean and are very demanding. We met with Holly before deciding to list with her. Holly asked us what we were looking for in a realtor. We told her that we wanted someone who knew our area would help us set the right price, could help us with simple ideas for staging, and, most important, someone who would be there to guide us through the process from listing to closing. Holly is all of this, and more. Holly suggested some easy changes and updates, such as removing a few pieces of furniture, changing out a few ceiling fans, and vanity mirrors and lights in our master and, suddenly our house looked updated and ready for sale. Holly did her research and recommended a reasonable selling price. The materials Holly made with photos of the house and a list of features and benefits were all very professional, and beautiful! We had offers after just a couple of showings and Holly helped us to make reasonable counter offers. Holly coached us through all of the paperwork that sellers have to complete and was available on a moment's notice to answer any question we might have. We truly felt that we had a partner through the entire process. I give Holly and A+++, would engage her again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend Holly to you as the best partner you could have in buying or selling a home.

Holly presented practical advice based on her knowledge of the market. When multiple offers came she formatted them so it was easy to evaluate the pros and cons of each. I especially appreciated that she didn't try to sway me towards offers that would be more beneficial to her. Holly provided excellent staging guidance and her recommended stager was economical and provided an excellent product. I felt that her marketing video was especially strong in positioning our home to highlight its qualities.
