Holly asked us what we were looking for in a realtor. We told her that we wanted someone who knew our area would help us set the right price, could help us with simple ideas for staging, and, most important, someone who would be there to guide us through the process from listing to closing. Holly is all of this, and more. Holly suggested some easy changes and updates, such as removing a few pieces of furniture, changing out a few ceiling fans, and vanity mirrors and lights in our master and, suddenly our house looked updated and ready for sale.
