Holly was critical in making my desire of owning my own home a reality. From the first contact she showed enthusiasm and a genuine interest in not only figuring out what it was I wanted, but also who I was as a person so that she could provide me with information on places that may be of interest to me. I'll admit that my means to purchase a home were not large. This did not influence Holly's decision to be my agent nor did she push me to purchase something outside of my means. Holly was quick to make suggestions and answer any questions that I had. She also made herself readily available for questions and for showings at my convenience, which was critical due to my work schedule. I was concerned at one point as Holly had to be gone for my closing, however her associate picked up right where Holly had left off with the same genuine care and made sure that I felt comfortable and confident in proceeding. Even during her absence Holly emailed and text to make sure that I was OK and that if I had any questions or concerns she was only a few keystrokes away. As you can probably tell I am a huge fan of Holly's. Even as I write this I am sitting on MY couch, in MY living room, in MY small but comfortable, and affordable condo. All of which may have been possible with another broker, but I can confidently say that with Holly my experience was truly an exciting, enjoyable, and fruitful one and I would suspect that yours would be the same.
