Holly went above and behind, this is not our first tome purchasing a home but it was our first time going through the process of a construction loan to get a house put on raw land. We started with nothing and found the land we wanted. We walked multiple parcels ranging from cleared with partial woods to fully wooded parcels. She was not afraid to voice concerns over some as well as try to get documents addressed by the selling dealer so closing wouldn't be delayed. If your looking for a realtor that won't just show you what you want but actually make sure its something you want then Holly is the one. We walked through muddy terrain, got chased by dogs and used plenty of bug spray to ward off the mosquitos, then finally found the right piece of land for us with Holly's help.
