Holly didnt expect job selling our house and busses office. It took her only two and a half mos to get the house under contract which is a significant improvement over our previous agent! We only had one day with her to look at homes, find one, make an offer and sign papers. We lived 8 hours away. I think she knew right away which one we would choose, and she was very honest when we asked about the neighborhoods and schools. We decided to make an offer on our house and she negotiated a great price for us after some research. We left that next day and while driving home she called and told us that we got the house!
