ZillowVERIFIEDHolly not only helped me buy my home but also sell land. Selling of the land had several hurdles which took knowledge of zoning and township processes as well as persistence. I dont know what I would have done without her. She was always responsive to my phone calls, and always followed through. I highly recommend her. She knows the area so well and is wonderful to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Holly did a fabulous job of selling my dad's condo. She was always quick to respond to calls, texts or emails. Holly listened, and then offered advice sharing her expertise and guidance on how we should proceed with the sale. Holly had an offer on the condo almost immediately. I can't imagine working with anyone else when dealing in real estate. Thank you, Holly - you are the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about working with Holly!!! She was so kind, informative, patient, communicative...she made the (inevitably) at times stressful process of selling and buying a home fun! I consider Holly a friend as well. I anticipate looking at the market again in approximately four years and I will without a doubt ask to work with Holly again!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive invested in real estate for over 25 years. Ive had the pleasure of working with Holly on 2 different properties in the last 6 months. Unlike many realtors, Holly is thorough, prompt, understands the nuances of negotiation, and follows through on her commitments. Ill be going back to Holly whenever I decide that the timing is right for the next transaction. Theres a lot of mediocre realtors out there. Holly is a stand-out above the pack!

ZillowVERIFIED We explained what we were looking for and couldn't find and then we flew back to California. Holly continued to look for us, contacted us with what she had found, and sent us a virtual tour. She did all negotiations for us and we are thrilled with the place we purchased. She then followed up to make sure we were happy and actually recognized us around town. You couldn't be in better hands than Holly's.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor who puts you first, Holly Griewahn is your gal! From our very first meeting Holly impressed us with her knowledge of the local housing market, the buying & selling atmosphere and finally, the best asking price for listing our home.Holly has been available to us by phone and text and always provided a prompt reply to both. As for her professional salesmanship, we can only say, aEURoe3 day cash saleaEUR?! She walked us through an HOA concern, multiple offers and final closing. She looked out for our concerns, we appreciated that as well. Now, as we are looking for our next home, she has kept our needs for front! Good reminders of where and what we had stated we wanted to purchase. All this with a smile and a warm personality.

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you Holly Griewahn of Foundation Realty!!! We approached Holly to represent our family when we made the difficult decision to sell our mothers home on Devils Lake almost a year before we were going to list the property. Her professional knowledge about southern Michigan lake properties in general, and specifically our lake was invaluable before we began renovations in preparing the home to put on the market. She researched and found answers to questions she didnt know, had an excellent plan that included aerial videos and pictures for the various real estate sites that got qualified buyers in the door. We are especially thankful she found a great family to enjoy what we did for over 70 years. Five stars!

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a home this past July and Holly was our realtor. Holly was VERY responsive to all my hundreds of questions. She replied almost immediately and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience even though I am SURE I was at times. Holly scheduled our showings promptly, I do not think we waited more than 24 hours to see a house during the whole process. I would strongly recommend Holly to my family and friends. I promise you will not be disappointed, she is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Holly was AWESOME to work with! We had been looking for a lake cottage for years and were to the point of giving up. She was very patient with us as we looked at so many cottages at different lakes that i can't even remember the number. We appreciated her honesty and her hard work that she put in to try to find our second home. Finally, Spring of 2020 we purchased our cottage on Devil's Lake and absolutely love it! Thank you Holly for making our dream come true!

ZillowVERIFIED Holly was very helpful throughout this entire process. I was very pleased almost immediately as Holly had several prospects in the first few days with several offers on the first and second day after listing! Holly was very knowledgeable with the paperwork process which followed after the offer was accepted. I believe it was a win/win for both myself and the buyers!

ZillowVERIFIED Holly was very helpful in our home purchasing process. Holly was referred to us by a friend and she traveled approximately an hour to us to show us homes in our area. She was not pushy and seemed to be very honest. She even offered her input on certain aspects of the homes we looked at when asked. All in all, you cant go wrong with Holly Griewahn.
