She knew with the old age of the home but the nice setting and location of the home and land that it would take a certain buyer to buy my moms house. Her and a tea mate made the right recommendations on minor improvements to make the home more saleable. Holly was very reponsive with any questions I had or recommendations on offers that came. Had a few low ball offers and loan issues with othe offers that weren't the right fit for selling the home. She helped me make the right decision on counter offers. The right buyer came along within three months. I live 200 miles from the house so our conversations were at various times of the day or night and Holly was always prompt and available to communicate with. THe sale went through seamlessly. Holly would set up 4-5 viewing for me in the evenings to help me search. She gave me adequate time of about an hour to go through the home. She was accomodating with revisits and truly cared about me making the right choice for my family. I love my new home and I couldn't have asked for more. On closing morning with the final walk through, it was noted some mounted equipment was missing. Holly went back to the office and fought for a discount and she was able to get me $150 back. Holly is someone I highly recommend and will use in the future if I ever need to sell or buy.
