Hollie's got a ton of great connections from inspectors to title companies and more. She directly breaks down the buying and selling process and makes sure you understand your options for every decision. I had an issue at closing with the bank not transferring funds (their mistake). Hollie kept everything moving so we could finish closing and the sellers got paid on time. Big thanks to her coming up with a last-minute solution. We had the most emotionally and mentally frustrating process of getting our house sold, from our first buyer breaching contract, to our second buyers financing falling through, it always was one thing after another. She never gave up on us even when we were ready to. She went above and beyond to.move mountains, and to do the jobs of others just so things would get done. I know I'm not the easiest person to deal with, so this woman is a saint for dealing with me for the past 4+ months and never once gave up on us when most agents these days would have given up when it started looking like flaming hoops would have to be jumped through just to get to the finish line. If you are looking for an agent for buying, selling or both, someone who has a strong work ethic, who fights for your best interest in mind, and someone that communicates and provides transparency even if it's not always what you want to hear, Hollie is your woman. Not only all of the above, but when we would view houses, she would point out things in homes that were either good things or even bad things. Even if that meant she would have to show us more houses, she always was looking our for me and my family. Thank you for walking us down from a cliff when we felt like this would never end. One immediately gets the sense that you are working with a true expert in the field, and as a result, much of the stress of selling or buying is alleviated. What I feel makes for a great working relationship is setting realistic expectations. Given Hollies years of experience, she is able to lay out realistic goals and expectations early in the process. With Hollie, there are no surprises. When touring open houses and meeting other agents, they all knew of, and spoke very highly of Hollie. She is known in her field and this is a true asset as it gives one a leg up on the competition; other agents want to work with the best. In our case, the listing agent for the home we purchased was new. Hollie took the time to write her own letter to the listing agent when our offer was presented. It was later disclosed that Hollies letter played a huge part in our getting the home. The listing agent felt confident that it would be a smooth process as Hollie would be there to assist her along the way. And assist she did. From early on, Hollie turned out to be more than agent and we consider her our friend. List or buy with our friend Hollie and you will not be disappointed. And I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Hollie's assistant Alyssa. Alyssa has always been there in helping coordinate the needed documents and communicating "next steps".
