ZillowVERIFIED I wish I could give Holli and The Alexander Team 10+ stars in every category. As soon as I connected with Holli, she not only took the time to understand what I was looking for and why it was so important to me but also followed through and genuinely acted on what I was saying. As we went to many many showings, Holli would point out certain things about the home that might be a concern or something that was a great feature. This really helped me as I obviously don't have the experience or knowledge she so clearly possesses. If I had questions after a showing, it seemed Holli would immediately call the listing agent and send comps to me. I never felt like Holli was juggling multiple clients and showings (even though she was!) because she made me feel prioritized. When it came to writing offers, Holli would talk me through different strategies to be competitive but never pushed me or suggested something that I was uncomfortable with. When my offer got accepted, Holli didn't skip a beat in sending me the next steps, working with the lender, sharing insurance brokers, inspectors, etc. I am thrilled to have my home, but I miss all my time with Holli! She made this crazy process so fun. I plan to be in my home for a long time, but I will 1000% use Holli and her team when I plan to make a move and I will also send every single person I know to her :)

I was commuting 400 miles to look at properties, and originally had a different realtor who did not reply to emails over the weekend. I contacted Holli and she immediately set me up with multiple loan officers and began sending me listings. She was flexible in working with my schedule as I explained to her I would be driving from Tulsa Oklahoma. If Holli was not available, someone else on the Alexander Team assisted me.. Holli explained the market and assisted in two offers. After an offer was excepted, the rest of the Alexander Team helped with the remainder of the process. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service they provided.

ZillowVERIFIED The Alexander team just has a sixth sense for this realty market. Holli made our appointments sequential to visit properties in just the right order. Saved us time and travel distance. Then when it came to making an offer she was knowledgeable on so many of the little details that made our offer exceed others in more ways that just price. I cannot emphasize enough how much this played a factor in how satisfied we ultimately became. Communication was exceptional throughout. We seemed to have the smoothest buying process imaginable. Yes, a home purchase is a business transaction, but after using the Alexander Team for both the sale and now the purchase of a home I can proudly say I have a trusted realtor for life... a team who has shown me that there is proven value in trusting that you are being taken care of in every facet of this real estate market. ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers, we could not have been more thrilled to connect with Holli. This connection happened to occur through clicking the "contact agent" button on the zillow listing of our current home. Our home was the third house we walked through (first house with Holli). She did an extremely thorough job with showing us the good (and the not so great) of the house during our first walk-through. She even offered to show us some other houses that might fit our check list. We took her up on this offer and saw about 5 more houses, but knew that the first house we toured with her was our forever home. Holli pointed out a lot of structural and systems issues with the other houses we saw, which allowed us to feel more comfortable with the condition of our house. She took us step by step through putting in an offer, having to negotiate on the offer, and ultimately reaching an agreement with the seller. She was very helpful throughout the inspection process and always being present with us at the house as much as we needed her to be - which we appreciated! Negotiating repairs through the house was tough, but she guided us through the best way to reach a comfortable agreement on repairs (which we did!). During the final walk-through, a big item on our list wasn't repaired, and she (along with our lender) worked vigorously to find a comfortable solution for us to close on time and have the repair completed. Holli also connected us with an amazing lender and insurance broker. Though we shopped around, we were so impressed with who she connected us with that they ended up being our choice. Additionally, Holli's Remax team provided excellent service to us, as well as additional expert insight. I would recommend Holli and her team to anyone, especially first time homebuyers. She was so accessible to us any time we had a question or were feeling unsure about something and took the time we needed to walk us through everything we could possibly need to know.
