We were referred to Holland by a friend of ours who said Holland was one of the best agents, super professional and so sweet. Well needless to say she hit the nail right on the head! My husband and I were in search of our first home. I reached out to Holland while we were on our way back from a getaway to San Diego, and she immediately responded and asked if there were any houses that we already had in mind. We did have a couple in mind and within a few hours of first contacting her(us still on our way back home) she was available to show us a house we were interested in! She is so accommodating and willing to do anything to make her clients feel valued and appreciated! We looked at 3 houses before we decided to put an offer down on one. We had a very unfortunate situation happen with that first offer, which Holland did not back down easily. She was determined to help us get the house we wanted but unfortunately that house wasn't meant for us. We had one more house that we loved that caught our attention, and Holland was ON IT. She booked a showing as soon as the house came on market. After seeing this one in person, we immediately loved this house more and decided to put an offer in. Holland puts together very strong and appealing offers. So we were very confident with this one. I will say we did have to battle a little for this house as because it's a gorgeous property! And Holland still was very consistent with their listing agent relaying all the questions that we had while waiting...and we GOT THE HOUSE!! My husband and I were ecstatic to say the least. We are so grateful to have worked with Holland, she really is amazing at what she does. On top of that she ensured a smooth and easy escrow, and we were able to close in just three and a half weeks! Thank you again, Holland you rock!

What can we even say!? Not enough about Holland. My bf and I just starting to dip our toes into the market, and reached out to the listing agent of the first house we thought we were in love with. (Not Holland) damn. Right then we realized what a huge mistake we were already making. It felt like we were begging for attention, and the realtor didnt want to extend any help or information. Along with their lender. This was a huge mistake from the beginning because Holland, being a friend of mine, had always given me advice, and always answered any questions I had had before I was officially ready to buy a home. So our tail tucked between our legs, we went aEURoehomeaEUR? to Holland lol. Immediately she made us feel helped, and sent us homes to look at that might our criteria. She introduced us to Our lender, and we immediately fell in love with their professionalism as well. Holland took us on home tours, made sure someone was able to take us, when she was unavailable, and always kept in contact! She even got us gifts! I'm telling you. ??. Then we found our perfect home. The listing agent fell in with Holland, and then with us, and she helped us score our perfect, literal, dream home. Offers prior werent excepted, and she always said aEURoejust wait. This one wasnt it. Its coming.aEUR? Boy was she right. We are so grateful to Holland and her lending team. They made our first home buying process A BREEZE. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family. For real.

My wife and I were house hunting since January with another agent, needless to say the market was and still is a sellers market. No one took our offers serious. We would bid 10 thousand to 15 thousand over the asking price just to have a chance to get the house. So after months of not getting anywhere we decided to switch Realtors, and we found Holland. Within 10 days we had 3 of our offers excepted. We picked our dream home and we were in Escrow 5 days later. We are now living in the house of our dreams thanks to Holland. I've referred 3 of my colleagues to her already. If you want results and things done right call Holland. Very professional and warm, also her communication skills are great. Holland isn't just a great realtor, she's an incredible, reliable person who goes above and beyond to help her clients. I contacted her when my grandma was looking to sell her home in order to downsize and move into a rental. Holland was there every step of the way, she was able to get my grandma's home sold for a great price and even helped her find the perfect place to rent. She is knowledgeable, professional and a trustworthy realtor - what more could you ask for? Met Holland through someone who knew I was in the market for a home. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen turn of events that halted my search. Important to note that it was three years later when I renewed my quest and immediately I thought of Holland, reason being although three years had passed I continued to receive periodic notes and messages from Holland for holidays or just words of encouragement. That really resonated with and kept her in mind. Once we starting working together I realized she was sent to me from above, there wast a question she didnt answer; no concern that wasnt addressed and the information was shared on a constant flow.
