Unprofessional, very disappointed in her performance, she doesnt follow directions & ignores requests she was more concerned with representing the buyer then the party she was contracted for , in 4 1/2 months she only got 7 people to look at the house , I put an ad up & had over 15 inquiries in 1 week ..she sells by default, not an ounce of sale skill or hustle , Id give no stars but I couldnt leave a review & warn people to avoid making the mistake of contracting her

I first retained her as my buyers' agent, as I'd looked for a new home for many years without success. Within months, she helped me purchase a wonderful new home and helped me sell my existing home; she represented both the buyers and sellers to both transactions, and to the best of my knowledge, the parties to all transactions were extremely pleased. She gets to know her clients personally, she is extremely honest (puts her own financial interests to one side, to the benefit of her clients), she is very clever, she works tirelessly until all parties are satisfied. My past experiences have all been very positive, by the way, but she delivers a quality of professionalism and personal attention which is of the highest order. First and foremost, she is extremely honest, even when it may not be in her financial best interest. Second, she has very solid judgment, it always worked out when I followed her recommendations. Third, she works very hard to ensure that her client's objectives are met or exceeded. Finally, she is one of those realtors you can trust to represent both buyer and seller under appropriate circumstances, she is able to be a good "mediator", capable of tackling a problem with a "win-win" approach. I retained her as a buyer's agent and she found a great house for me. Then I retained her to sell my home, and the sale also went well.

I want to sell my home for the top amount but, not waste my time in the process. Most importantly I want someone that returns phone calls, text messages and is on top of all of the processes one must go through during this stressful time. Heidi, has been a breath of fresh air in my dealings with realtors. She is polite, assertive and quick on her feet in this market! We purchased a home through her and now are selling our home with her. What a great experience we are having!

Hoa was exacting in her efforts to communicate with me and my wife about our options, risks, and offer/counter offer strategies.We had a few minor complications at closing and Hoa being our advocate and was able to manage the situation. I don't think we would have closed on time if it had not been for her ability to communicate and coordinate a resolution.Not only would I recommend Hoa to a buyer or a seller, but I think you are possibly at a disadvantage if you do not have her firm working for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Hoa did a great job for us! She helped us stage our home. It was hard to put away all our "things", but when we were done we could see all the wood that had been hidden. She hired a professional photographer who took pictures of the house from the driveway to the inside and it was as if you were taking a tour. She always responded quickly to our phone calls and e-mail questions. We were amazed at how quickly we had showings, and how quickly our home sold. We would absolutely go to Hoa anytime we need to sell in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Hoa Hoang was the best choice I could have made to help me find my home. I was not buying a 300 thousand dollar house but she treated me as though I was. She returned all my phone calls and emails surprisingly quickly. All sales people are friendly and attentive during the sales process but it was her help after the sale that earns my review. I called her when I was looking for contractors and those that she recommended were always reasonably priced and did great work.

I think the fact that she is a landlord as well as a real estate agent has been very beneficial in the process of buying a duplex. She not only answered any questions I had but guided me through the process so I didn't miss anything, could meet all deadlines, and make sure my best interests were always considered. Her network of contractors and professionals is phenomenal - they are all honest, good at what they do, and topnotch in all ways. She not only helped guide me through getting everything done but kept it moving and helped conclude it in an incredibly short period of time - which was great for me - while all the time making sure I didn't feel pushed or pressured. She made sure this process was what I needed. I can't imagine a better or more responsive agent.

We had always heard horror stories about realtors, but Hoa tottaly proved everything we were prepared for wrong. She was amazing at negotiating and always responded to out questions within a timely maner. Hoa knew what we were looking for and was determined to get the home we wanted for the price we were willing to pay. Any questions we had Hoa was willing to answer/advise the best way to go about doing things. One of the best things about Hoa is she is so down to earth but willing to go that extra mile for her clilents. We really appreciated that Hoa was very forward and honest as well. We worked with Hoa for just about a year before we found the right home for us and she stuckw ith us through it all. I would recommened Hoa to anyway who is looking to buy or sell a home.

She has always been right there to help get answers to questions about property I was interested in and then selling a property I had. Whenever I've called or e=mailed she's right on top of it and without a dought she has the answer or the offer has been sent. I'm amazed at how fast and how hard she works with her clients to get the job done. At first sight being Asian one would think she must have a heavy accent and be hard to understand but not so. Speaks great english and very friendly and personable. Perfect personality for the job she does.5 years ago when we first met I told her I was looking for property and what I wanted, she asked me for my e-mail and the next day a had a list of at least 50 and in the area I wanted. We looked at several and found the perfect one. I now have my own hunting and close by fishing in the country and 10 minutes from work. I didn't have to scrool through a bunch to find something close to what I wanted they all were in the area. When it came time to sell the old house I told her I would call and even in a bad economy she had it everywhere. Tons of people looked at it and it was sold in about a year. I highly recomend Hoa and will not use anyone else as long as she is still in realestate.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of meeting Hoa Hoang over five years ago.Being unfamiliar with Lake Front properties I naively called her about what I thought was a Lake front Property for $90,000 in the Belgrade Lake area. She politely chuckled and said Mr. Pronovost if that was actually on the Lake for that price with that amount of acreage, my husband and I would of bought it. I also chuckled & thought it was to good to be true. What happened next was true professionalism and the start of a new business relationship. Instead of hanging and moving on to the next prospect, Hoa took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for.I wanted a "Very very very Clean Lake Front property less than 90 minutes from Portland, excellent fishing & needed safe boating for my children & of course I wanted a good bargain. Long story short, with her negotiating skills, she found exactly what I was looking for at an incredible price. That was only the beginning, over the last 5 years she has successfully bought and sold 3 more properties for me, ranging from 50 acres of land, another camp and the sale of a 5 unit apartment building all with excellent $$$$ outcomes. She is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with and quite honestly hope to ever work with. I highly recommend Hoa Hoang. She is very pleasant to work with, extremely polite, very knowledgeable and finally she isn't afraid of making any types of offers, and believe me when I say this, I've made some ridicules ones over the years.In conclusion she is awesome and you should work with her, just not when I need her!
