My wife and I were first time homebuyers, so we had no clue about the home buying process and there is no one else we would rather have walk us through the process than Hillary. She does an amazing job at answering your questions, no matter how simple, and explaining it in a way that makes sense. She also does a great job at looking ahead and making sure youre staying on track for the timeframe you have in place. Hillary showed nothing but patience, understanding and knowledge to help us find our home. She was able to set up 6 walk throughs in one day. She took the time to point out the things that first time home buyers might not think about and had answers to all of our questions. After viewing all the houses, we put in two offers and were selected for our home! Ive heard a lot of horror stories about trying to buy a house during these times, but the process couldnt have gone smoother, and I believe Hillary played a big part in that!

She was incredibly available to us, and was always honest with her feedback on price/value etc. She even dealt with us being high maintenance taking us back to see the house before we made the offer three times.
