Not being from the area, I needed an agent who could point me in the right direction. With limitations on price (of course), a fairly picky set of needs, and me changing the rules on her a couple of times, I have to say she delivered in spades. She didn't have problems with accommodating my frankly ridiculous schedule as I ranged back and forth across 4 states, and having to get my wife to drive out to view some properties, her assistance to both of us was absolutely invaluable.
