However, we were consistently impressed by Hillary's ability to break things down, make it really clear about the series of decisions and actions that needed to be taken to keep everything on pace. She was lightning quick in getting us in to see houses that we were interested in and she was so in tune with what we needed and wanted that she would point out different aspects of houses that were (or weren't) aligned. Finally, she coordinated all of the different parties (loan officers, lawyers, sellers, etc) so that we were able to flawlessly move through the homebuying experience. ZillowVERIFIEDStarting the hunt for our first home, my wife and I had a few realtors who were recommended from friends and family that we didn't have too much confidence in. We were extremely lucky to come across 3A Realty group through a quick google search. After checking out some of the reviews on both google/Yelp, I decided to give Hillary a quick call to discuss what we were looking for. From day one, I felt extremely comfortable with the process, as well as the level of expertise that Hillary demonstrates. Our search took much longer than expected, given the thriving real estate market in the greater Boston area. We started off looking at multi-family homes in the Quincy area, but our direction changed after a few months, and Hillary continued to help us in our search. Although our home search started in Quincy, we found ourselves several months later slightly west of Boston, and finally purchased a perfect little suburban house in Westwood, MA! Although our plans kept changing (as sometimes happens for first-time home-buyers, I'm assuming), Hillary NEVER showed any form of pressure. She answered every single "rookie" question of mine on the home buying process. I specifically remember calling Hillary on a Saturday night the day prior to putting an offer on a home with a few questions that I had. She answered immediately (which she almost always does) and answered my questions, only to tell me that she was at a concert and would give any more detail in the morning if needed! I've told this story to a few friends who have recently purchased homes that told me it was very rare to have such open communication with their realtors. If I could give Hillary and 3A Realty Group 10 out of 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. She is a true professional, and an extremely friendly person. I literally have nothing bad to say about my experience, and I plan to both recommend Hillary to friends and family, as well as ask for her services again in the future for our next home should that day come!

ZillowVERIFIEDAs first time home buyers, we had no idea or direction to go in. Hillary walked us through all the steps and explained every question we had. We also had not landed on an area yet so Hillary was showing us homes within a 20 mile radius. She was always on time, responsive and happy to answer any questions. Although we wanted a "fixer upper" she still stearned us away from certain homes that would not have been worth the amount we were going to be putting in to them when all was said and done. We were comfortable with her and trusted her completely. She wasn't about pushing us into a home to make a sale, she really wanted us to have exactly what we wanted and for it to be worth it for us in the end. We had our ups and downs along the road. We put in a couple offers and lost to other home buyers ( or contractors). She always kept a positive attitude and reassured us that everything happens for a reason and that this is normal. She never let us get discouraged and just kept working for us, never losing her steam either. We finally found the perfect location and an amazing "fixer upper". 3 months later, we are almost done with all work. She was rght, all the houses we didn't end up getting, would not have been half as wonderful as the one we did get. We absolutely love our home and it's location and we owe it all to Hillary!!! ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time home buyer I didn't even know where to start. I was looking around online and came across a listing and Hillary's name came up on the side. I assumed I needed to contact her if I wanted to see the condo. So I contacted her and she set something up for me right away, that was easy! Hillary knew I was in the beginning stages of my search and was very patient with me. We checked out several different styles of properties and she had great feedback on every style and location. Any time I had a question she had an answer or would at least get me the answer usually by the end of the day. We communicated regularly by e-mail and phone and I was always kept informed on where the process stood. Once I finally found 'the one' Hillary knew exactly what we needed to do to get it. There were other interested buyers so we needed to work quickly and still try to get a great deal. Her knowledge of comps in the area and ability to gauge what was a fair price that the seller would entertain was spot on. I hear some horror stories and how stressful the process and negotiations can be but this whole process was almost too easy. My family is looking to put their house on the market some time next year and there is no question who they'll be using.
