ZillowVERIFIED Hillary went over and beyond her duties as a Realtor and is very professional & fun. She always kept in contact with us regardless of where she was (vacation & all). She had a challenging time with sellers & their agent, but never gave up and took the bull by the horns. Hillary stayed on top of everything and if not done within the timeframe it was to be done she was making calls and taking names. At the end closing it became a trying time, Hillary made calls and made things happen that she should have had to do once the docs were in Title Company & County's hands. Hillary Made the Recording HAPPEN!! If not for Hillary I strongly feel we would not be living in our beautiful home now! THANK YOU HILLARY for being s stellar Realtor!! ZillowVERIFIED We first talked to Hillary when we visited a home she had listed for sale in Tahoe Donner. After meeting her, we continued to work with Hillary to find a home in the Truckee area we liked. Hillary provided us a great deal of information on options available and provided advice on the best home for our needs. The home we choose was a new construction development which required expertise of both the Truckee real estate market and State and Local laws in order to close on the deal. Although the seller took many months to finally allow us to close, Hillary worked hard to allow us to move in early and start the process of getting setup in our new home. Additionally Hillary provided numerous contacts in the Truckee area to help our move process go smoothly. For example she put us in contact with trustworthy movers and local handy men. She also was willing to accommodate deliveries which required someone to be at the property while we were unable. Hillary is an outstanding local talent in the Truckee area who you can depend on to get great advice and close a deal!

ZillowVERIFIED My Husband and I reached out to Hillary and Margo earlier this year because we were relocating from Roseville to Truckee and needed help in finding the right home. We received their name and number from my Husbands new boss, so we knew we were in good hands! When we met for the first time with Hillary and Margo in Truckee they took us to one home in each of the different neighborhoods so that we could get a feel for the town and a variety of homes priced on the bottom, middle and top of our price range so that we could see what we could get for our money. I found this to be especially helpful because I had never driven around Truckee before so I had no idea the difference between the neighborhoods (they do all have their own unique look and feel) or what we could get for our money. Before we started looking I thought we could find something we liked at the bottom of our price range on the snowy side of the mountains, but we quickly found that was not what was best for us. We ended up purchasing on the less snowy side of town and spent a little more to get a house that didnt need a ton of work (and a little more space) and we are so glad that we did! My Husband and I loved working with Hillary and Margo because they were always available to take our calls, reply to our text messages or to show us homes at a moments notice. They never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them or bothering them with our many (MANY) requests and questions over the 4+ months that we worked with them to find the perfect home. They also got to know us and they knew exactly what we were looking for (and what we were NOT looking for) so they were always giving us a heads up when they saw a home they thought we would love, or why they thought we would not love a home. We thought this was especially helpful because we had to drive over an hour and a half each time we wanted to see homes in person so we didnt waste our time in coming up to see a home that wasnt right for us. We will definitely refer them to our family and friends who are looking for a Realtor and would work with them again in the future!
