We loved working with Hillary. She assured us right from the start that she could help us write a competitive offer, which would put us in the running even if we couldn?t offer the most. She was right! We only had to put in 2 offers (and within the same week) before we had one accepted, and we have been happily settled in the perfect house for a month now. After we moved here, a local shop owner let us know it took them 3 years to get an offer accepted, so we are even more grateful for the efforts Hillary made for us. Hillary is, quite simply, amazing to work with. We were out of area, during a pandemic, looking at several homes in Astoria. We are first time home buyers, so learning as we go. Hillary listened to us describe our needs and provided listings to us that matched our criteria - sometimes before they were listed online. She went above and beyond on multiple occasions, and always made sure we received accurate information about the homes, the home-buying process, and the area.
