For sixteen years (10 with Warren RE, 6 with Carol Bushberg RE) Associate Broker Hilda Moleski has successfully sold real estate in the Ithaca/Finger Lakes Area of NYS. Hilda is a top producer in the Ithaca area real estate market. She is a Licensed NYS R.E. Associate Broker, a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), a certified Feng Shui consultant, and holds an e-Pro certification in Real Estate/Internet Technology marketing.

Originally from New York State, Hilda has lived on three continents, traveled extensively, and speaks Spanish and French. She lived in Chile as an exchange student from 1980 - 81, completed a Fulbright to Bordeaux, France in 1985, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 1999 Hilda made a deliberate choice to relocate to Ithaca with her daughter, drawn by the character and scenic beauty of the community:?

In her spare time, Hilda playfully practices creative endeavors of all sorts, in particular photography, writing, traveling, and making things with her hands. Puttering in the garden when at all possible is a plus! Every year she discovers more of the best things to love about the Finger Lakes area.
