She had impressive knowledge of the area, she knew so much about the way that things are built and operate and could identify problems visually in a way that was so helpful. She was friendly and easy to talk to, and patient with us. While we looked at quite a few houses in one day. She helped plot out the most effective way to get to those places and set up all of the appointments and gave us plenty of time to think and talk. At no point did we ever feel pressured to make a decision, she just patiently guided us through the process. While we were out looking at homes. Homes she would literally get on the ground and look through crawl spaces and open electrical panels and was just very hands-on in a way that was so reassuring. She was able to give us recommendations for every service that we needed, from our incredible home inspector to someone to help us re-key the doors. I could not recommend her more highly and we would use her services every time.
