This was my second time working with Hilary. She did an amazing job helping us buy our first home, and now she has done a fantastic job helping us sell that first home. She has been such a great help each time, making the process very smooth and easy. I thought the process of selling the house that I owned with my now ex husband would be very complicated with both of us moving away from the state but she made it so easy and simple for us! She made sure we were in the loop with everything going on and all the timelines associated with the selling of the house. She is very knowledgeable about the area, from knowing how well homes will sell at a particular time, to knowing all sorts of companies to hire if you need something done if either you dont know how to do them or if you live states away and are unable to complete the tasks on your own. I cannot recommend Hilary enough and if I could take her with me wherever I move I would!

Hilary was everything you could hope for in a realtor. She had impressive knowledge of the area, she knew so much about the way that things are built and operate and could identify problems visually in a way that was so helpful. She was friendly and easy to talk to, and patient with us. While we looked at quite a few houses in one day. She helped plot out the most effective way to get to those places and set up all of the appointments and gave us plenty of time to think and talk. At no point did we ever feel pressured to make a decision, she just patiently guided us through the process. While we were out looking at homes. Homes she would literally get on the ground and look through crawl spaces and open electrical panels and was just very hands-on in a way that was so reassuring. She was able to give us recommendations for every service that we needed, from our incredible home inspector to someone to help us re-key the doors. I could not recommend her more highly and we would use her services every time.
