Hilary and her team were great to work with. She helped us with selling and buying a home in Anchorage/Palmer. She listened to what we were looking for and only sent us information on those properties. Both transactions went smoothly and proceeded much faster than any of us anticipated. There were a few bumps with both title companies but Hilary was there to keep everything on track so we could close on our scheduled dates. We would recommend Hilary to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

We came in with a complicated situation which was find two homes in short order in the Anchorage and Seward area. Hilary knows the Alaska market and greater Anchorage scene very well. Hilary also knew the Seward/Kenai Peninsula well, but worked her contacts to set us up with a realtor in Seward to get us local perspective. Hilary was helpful throughout the process and cared that we found something that would work for us. We leaned on Hilary for her opinions in the market, with homes, and other decision processes; she delivered every time. Despite having a busy schedule with family and other endeavors, Hilary was always responsive and more than willing to work with our schedules and getting out to view homes. When it came to the business end of the deal, she provided great advice and worked her negotiation skills to get us a deal that was good for us. Overall the process was smooth and is a testament to Hilary being an expert in her field. Her team is also top notch, always communicative, and worked quick through all the processes. I would not hesitate to work with Hilary again and would encourage anyone to utilize her and her team when looking for real estate in Anchorage or the areas she is willing and able to cover.

She gathered info on multiple houses from Anchorage to Wasilla. For rent or to buy. She explain very clear and in detail of what would be my best outcome and wasn't pushy. I decided to buy a house in Wasilla. She went on Vacation and I had gone on a Temporary Deployment to a place with no cell service and very little internet. While on her vacation she still took the time to work with me and type up all the documents. She would stay up late or wake up early to be able to communicate with me and my time scheduled. She made the whole process easy and stress free! She really is an amazing person and wants whats best for you!!! At the start she was my realtor and now she a friend who hooked me with a sweet deal on my home. ZillowVERIFIED Hilary is very knowledgeable, responsive, punctual, flexible and honest. She will go out of her way to meet with you and show homes on your schedule. She will also research homes in her own time which fit your criteria and share them. Its an extra set of eyes and ears doing the research which is very helpful. If you are going through the VA loan, she is very knowledgeable of the process and works with Homes for Heroes which is a money saver if you're a nurse, police, firefighter, EMT or military. Hilary splits her time between Arizona and Alaska. This is fine because she has other knowledgeable individuals that meet and communicate where she can't. In our case, this was inconvenient because she went to Australia, when we thought she'd be in Arizona, and didn't mention it until she was there which was a little frustrating with the time difference. She was still there to educate and help us through the process but it added stress simply cause we were expecting her to be an hour ahead instead of 20 hours ahead. Not a huge deal, just make sure to confirm where she's going to be.

One thing that I loved about Hilary was that she was always 100% honest about every everything. She never tried to push us out of our comfort range and was constantly sending us new houses. On a whim on July 4th we decided we wanted to put an offer in on a house. We contacted her and she was on a boat out in Seward, from there she contacted another realtor to help us and she wrote up the offer in the middle of the ocean. We got the house of our dream but we had a lot of hiccups after they accepted our offer. She had to work double time to make it happen and she did! She was absolutely amazing! I would refer her to my family and friends in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a good realtor who will work for YOU and not their commission, who will work night and day to get you the home of your dreams and won't give up until you've found it then Hilary is who you want.

What I found, working with her, she makes you number one first of all. All of her energy is focused on you, just like the old days. Talking with her is so easy also. My experience with her after the sale has been as much of a pleasure. The closing went so easy. She took care of everything. Shes like a good Doctor which is hard to find.
