Hilary and her team were great to work with. She helped us with selling and buying a home in Anchorage/Palmer. She listened to what we were looking for and only sent us information on those properties. Both transactions went smoothly and proceeded much faster than any of us anticipated. There were a few bumps with both title companies but Hilary was there to keep everything on track so we could close on our scheduled dates. We would recommend Hilary to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIEDFirst and foremost, Hilary and her team are excellent. On top of expert knowledge and work in the realty business, they are all great people. We came in with a complicated situation which was find two homes in short order in the Anchorage and Seward area. Hilary knows the Alaska market and greater Anchorage scene very well. Hilary also knew the Seward/Kenai Peninsula well, but worked her contacts to set us up with a realtor in Seward to get us local perspective. Hilary was helpful throughout the process and cared that we found something that would work for us. We leaned on Hilary for her opinions in the market, with homes, and other decision processes; she delivered every time. Despite having a busy schedule with family and other endeavors, Hilary was always responsive and more than willing to work with our schedules and getting out to view homes. When it came to the business end of the deal, she provided great advice and worked her negotiation skills to get us a deal that was good for us. Overall the process was smooth and is a testament to Hilary being an expert in her field. Her team is also top notch, always communicative, and worked quick through all the processes. I would not hesitate to work with Hilary again and would encourage anyone to utilize her and her team when looking for real estate in Anchorage or the areas she is willing and able to cover.
