Born and raised in Bromont, Quebec, Canada, Hilary attended LaSalle College in Montreal, where she graduated with a degree in hospitality and began her long-standing career in the industry. From there, she moved to Toronto to start working for a luxury global hotel company. In 2003, she accepted a position as a sales executive and transferred to a prominent resort in Southern California. It was during a business trip to Boston in 2005, that Hilary realized Massachusetts was where she was meant to call home. Hilary officially became an American citizen in 2018 and proudly holds dual citizenship. Today, she resides in Reading, MA, with her fiancee, Bill. In their free time, she and Bill can be found relaxing with their pug, Gus, in Newport, RI, cooking, playing golf or tennis, and tackling one of her many home improvement jobs.
