ZillowVERIFIED Working with Herma was an outstanding experience, especially as a first-time homebuyer. She made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth, clear, and manageable from start to finish. Herma was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and took the time to walk me through every step, making sure I understood my options and felt confident in my decisions. She was always responsive, patient with my questions, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor for my first home purchase. I highly recommend Herma to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an incredible experience working with Herma. Herma made the process of selling our home seamless and stress-free. Our home received an offer within hours of hitting the market, and her guidance through the negotiation and appraisal process was invaluable. If you want someone who gets results fast, Herma is the the best. Herma provided us with all the tools and resources needed to sell our home - like providing us the market demand in our area, approx price to close and the preparations/ plan needed to put the house on sale till the day it was closed.

ZillowVERIFIED Herma is not just a realtor. She is a miracle worker and dream maker. She has made every single step of the buying process as smooth as possible, and even with the bumps in the road that we had, she did everything she could to go above and beyond for us. From beginning to end, we have thoroughly enjoyed working with Herma and she has helped us find our dream home. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home!

ZillowVERIFIED Herma did an outstanding job assisting me with the sale of my Red Wolf property. As I was recovering from a knee surgery during the listing she went "Above and Beyond". She went by the property several times to review my contractors work and gave several suggestions on how to cost effectively improve it's appearance including suggesting other resources when my contractor was unable/unavailable to assist. She was a true professional in every aspect of the selling process.

ZillowVERIFIED Herma is a very special agent! If you are looking for someone who will work hard for you during your real estate journey, then Herma should be on your team. She made my home buying experience incredibly easy while dealing with a difficult and uncommunicative selling agent. I have bought and sold numerous houses in my life, by far Herma is the best agent ever!

ZillowVERIFIED Herma Hayes was introduced to me at the start of April 2025 and I was impressed with her demeanor and personality. Today is August 24th and we closed on our place yesterday. The past 4.5 months have been a crazy sprint and she proved herself to be an exceptional agent! This review is going to be a bit long, but I want to show how great Herma is to work with and how she brought us to a quick close after a massive refurbishment project. First and foremost, I live and work overseas. Vietnam to be exact. So I have never physically met Herma and aside from one introductory Video call, ALL of our work was done by email. So our property was an investment property and the tenants had lived there for at least a decade. We had to fix and replace pretty much everything including: flooring, carpeting, roof, countertops, lighting fixtures, cabinet hardware, HVAC unit, hot water heaters (2 of them!), re-landscaping and fence. It was a massive fixer-upper project and Herma handled it all!!! She proposed lighting fixtures, cabinet hardware, and other items online and I pretty much went with her choices as her taste in the items was exquisite. She gave me options for big ticket items like granite countertops, carpeting, and flooring. She provided different bids from suppliers and brought in contractors for all the repairs and she had a roster of contractors at reasonable rates. Her project management skills were excellent and we were able to efficiently prepare the property for sale in about 3 months and that was working with a very unresponsive HOA. Amazing job. Following Hermas advice after she shared the Market analysis with us, we listed the property at her recommended price on July 15th and had an offer a week later. I'm not the best negotiator, but that was ok. Herma guided me through negotiations with the buyer and really looked out for us. Her final contractor was the title company, and they were, like Herma very professional and efficient. Overall, the proof is in the putting and Herma took a run-down, rental property, fixed it up, and sold it in less than four months. I highly recommend Herma to anyone looking for a professional agent. She did an amazing job for us and working with her was very easyaEUR| even from half-way around the world.

ZillowVERIFIED We are out of state, so we were entirely dependent on our real estate agent. We had started working with a few in Houston, who turned out to be unprofessional and unreliable. I had begun to lament that either the new generation of realtors was too money-hungry or green, or perhaps it was a regional culture of realtors. I could not be more happy that we found Herma, who completely proved me wrong. Herma was professional, careful, and thoughtful. She considered our interests at every point - from the way she video-recorded the homes to how she dealt with the sellers and even the title company. When everyone around seemed equally incompetent (seller's agent, title company, etc) (making mistakes again and again), Herma's competence shone through, putting them to shame. When I mentioned that we had our heart set on one of the homes we had looked at that seemed like too much of a long shot- she made it happen. I am relieved and honored to have found Herma. She is a stellar agent, one that fits within an older cadre of professionalism, rather than social media get-rich-quick scheme enthusiasts. The other agents we worked with had subtly pushed us in ways that ran counter to our interests, which might not have been evident to most first time buyers. I can say - whether you're a repeat or first time buyer - I would trust Herma completely.

ZillowVERIFIED Herma helped my wife and I purchase our first home. She was fantastic in every step of the homebuying process. I know she had other clients, but she made us feel like we were always a priority and would swiftly respond to every questions or need we had. Herma walked us through each step from understanding our budget, looking for homes, obtaining lending, negotiations, closing, and everything else involved with home buying. She also had contacts for mortgages, insurance, and general contractors (some which I used) who were all very professional, helpful, and provided high quality work. I can't say enough about the positive experience we had with Herma and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Herma has shown a great capacity to understand our objectives in terms of property location and quality. Before finding the right house, she took the necessary time to show us various properties to fine tune our taste and understand our goals.Once the right house apperead on the market, Herma was very proactive in showing us the house, organizing the inspectiokn & fine tuning our best offer. We had the opportunity to be selected as the best offer and could conclude the purchase on a short time. Our joint "negociation power" has been limited due to a very competitive seller's market but we made a good deal and the house we bought is the perfect one for us.Thank you Herma, you did a great job !Bruno & Mirjam
