And he never got tiered or annoyed at questions and having to drive around . He treated my whole family very well. Even after the closing I had questions and even ask him to go to the house and do something for me that he did not need to I highly recommend him

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough great things about Eddie Torres! My experience was an usual situation. I began thinking about a second home somewhere in New Mexico. After looking at different options I decided upon Las Cruces, never having been there! Eddie was quick to reply on all my questions, sharing his knowledge and love of Las Cruces. We started one deal, upon my visit there, I changed my mind! Eddie was so patient with me and kept insisting his goal was for me to be satisfied. His ethics and professionalism are remarkable! We found the perfect fit and started the process over. Again, Eddie patiently responded to all my texts and emails. I can not imagine doing this 500 miles away with anyone else! Not only have I found a new home in Las Cruces, but I have made a friend.

Eddie usually answered his phone or returned calls quickly, and was always available to show homes or answer questions. His assistance during the negotiation process was invaluable and appreciated. I first bought a home through Eddie with my son in 2015, and Eddie has become an outstanding real estate professional who was much appreciated, as much of our process of buying our home was from 2000 miles away in Maryland.
