We threw an offer on a property our offer wasnt taken but Henry was following up with the sellers agent. Once the first buyer left the contract, we were next in line and got our offer accepted. The seller wouldnt do much negotiation despite the damages incurred and years of non-renovation. Henry and I were able to review the inspection together at a coffee shop and he was able to provide personal guidance and strategize the game plan of what my objective was. In addition to that, there were difficulties with my lender approving me. Off to a terrible start with the relation between the seller and myself. We cross additional problems and I had to end up extending the contract so the seller was heated at this point. We came to the agreement that we will do whatever it takes to close the deal. Some magical way, Henry was able to seal the deal for me and I am absolutely blessed it. The seller sent me a paper to take action. Henry did an amazing job representing me. I would highly recommend Henry to represent you as a buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED Henry works with me as a buyers agent as I look for a smaller home to downsize. He is patient and not pushy, & very accommodating to my schedule. He is earnest and tells you what price may be low/high even if you have some preconceived price offer. I only rated him a 4 star on local knowledge as I am not sure how often he deals in the neighborhood in which I am looking. As for negotiating skills, I can't rate 5 star yet since I haven't found/purchased my downsized home yet. I like working with him and have referred him to a cousin who wants to relocate from El Dorado Hills to Elk Grove to be closer to his son's family.

ZillowVERIFIED Henry provided excellent service and I highly recommend him. I was in the difficult situation of having to relocate to an unfamiliar area in a relatively short amount of time. Henry worked around my schedule and constantly kept me updated on new listings and activity. Once under contract, Henry went to bat for me and advised me on the items/ concessions I should ask for. He handled all of the issues that came up and walked me through my concerns about cancelling the deal. Immediately after I had to cancel the contract (inspection reasons), he found me another house and worked his magic to get my offer accepted among many other contenders. Henry knows all the areas of Elk Grove and explains the pros and cons of each district. He is familiar with all the taxes & Mello Roos and the neighborhood amenities. He set us up with inspections, lenders, warranties. He really knows his stuff and I feel relieved to have selected him (by way of recommendation). I have absolute confidence in his abilities and ethics.I am a first time buyer but I will definitely use Henry again when it comes time to make another purchase.

He is very knowledgable and was there every step of the way. Henry first helped us understand what kind of home we could afford and also made sure we understood what other costs were associated with home ownership; taxes, insurance, pmi, utilities.. etc. Once we found a home we liked, he fought very hard for us and was able to get our offer accepted! There were a lot of hiccups throughout the process, but Henry was always there to reassure us. Not only was Henry super helpful, he's a very friendly real estate agent that caters to your needs. My mom was looking at a short sale property and Henry kept at it for months until we finally went to closing this week. Additionally my mom didn't speak much English but Henry was able to converse in Vietnamese to help my mom through the entire process.Since I don't live in Sacramento myself, Henry was able to accommodate by always staying in close communication and contact through phone, text, and email. This made buying a house from out of town much easier. I highly recommend Henry as a real estate agent in the Sacramento area.
