He asked me from the first day if I had hour limits for communication, which I dont. Phil would be sending me info all night, staying on top of outstanding items, and ensuring all of my dads questions were answered and we were satisfied. Today, my dad closed on his house. Phil jokingly asked if we ever thought this day would come.
