Henrietta went above and beyond with helping me get my rental. She catered to my families needs. Besides that, she really was a great advocate for us. Henrietta is someone i would recommend a million times. We were in such a tough situation and thank god we met her because we signed a lease in just 4 days ! She is a true blessing. Very professional and VERY quick. 10/10 ! Will do business with her again when the time comes.

Henrietta is wonderful! We worked with 2 other real estate agents before we found Henrietta she found us our home so fast and we have loved living here for last 10 years. My mom has also worked with her over the last 10 years renting her apartment.

I found Henrietta on Zillow and reached out to her about buying a home.. she was AMAZING! She made time for every single house we wanted to see and made every viewing so enjoyable! Her laugh is UNFORGETTABLE! She is all about doing the right thing and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! Next house we buy we will definitely ask for Henrietta?s help!

Hen Alder was with me 24/7?my home was solD under the difficult of situations during Covid lockdown. She was always available at any time. She was extremely professional, approachable, and went beyond my expectations. I truly did not think that my home could have been sold so quickly but she said she could do it and she made it happen.

Henrietta is extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of the the Oceanside area. She is very committed. She will always have you on her radar for what you are looking for. We first met in July 2016 and told her we were looking for a rare mother / daughter on one level. She explained that type of home would be unique for the area, but would not give up on us. We received a call last week Feb 2017 and she found the perfect home for us. She is very honest and never forgot about us. I would recommend Henrietta to anyone.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Henrietta Adler when purchasing our first home in Long Island. She is extremely knowledgeable and knew the areas we were interested in very well. Its hard to find a two-family home in long Island but Henrietta was always optimistic in her search and she accompanied us on all our property visits and maintained an up to date listing of available properties that fit our criteria. No matter how much we liked or disliked a place, she never tried to push a place on us. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and that is really important. She is honest, prompt and has such a great personality that made the whole buying experience a pleasant one. She is also incredibly professional and walked us through every step of the process so wed know what to expect. My husband and I both have very busy schedules and she really managed our time well, she was responsive, and always available. When it came time to make an offer Henrietta excelled even further. We were able to close on a place we both absolutely loved. She recommended a fantastic inspector and other vendors, all of whose work turned out very well. We were so pleased with Henrietta as our real estate agent that we also asked her to help us rent one of the apartments. She arranged an open house and found us a great tenant. Henrietta goes above and beyond for all of her clients and has so much joy in helping in every way she can. A good real estate agent is so important, and shes definitely one of the best! We are very lucky and highly recommend her.

Henrietta is simply the best. In our case we were in need of an apartment to rent after spending 45 years in our home. Her do--diligence on our behalf was clearly the reason we were able to relocate, seamlessly, and she did so with sensitivity, follow-through and with a great sense of humor, which we needed during this important change in our life. Every once in a while you come in touch with a real pro in his/her profession. Henrietta, in our view, is a pro plus, and we are very thankful to this day, that she came into our lives when we needed most her professional credentials, and her personal touch in the handling of our relocation needs. She is a true credit to the Exit Realty Group , and to her profession. Sincerely, Bud and Suzie Cosgrove

Henrietta is not only knowledgeable in the real estate field, but she genuinely cares to help people. She was always available and eager to help me during the short sale of my home. She is also honest and trustworthy and with her encouragement and responsiveness, I got through the process feeling lucky. Thank you, Henrietta! Angela
