ZillowVERIFIED I am changing my review about this realtor based on bitter test at the end of the deal. She was being very nice & professional in beginning but truth is that she only cares about her 6% commission. She won't even care about client and their phone calls once deal is over. She made false promise just to close the deal. I would not recommend working with this Realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Hena helped us buy a property in Sugarland. From the beginning she was extremely professional and timely. Not only did she guide us to the right property which made sense as an investment home, she also helped with making sure the offer was submitted on time and followed through diligently to make sure the deal closed on time. Being a remote buyer there are always concerns and Hena addressed all our concerns and also helped us close the deal early by ensuring that we got things like inspections done early which helped demonstrate to the seller that we were serious buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Hena Malkani is experienced, smart, fast and knowledgeable in the real estate business. She can negotiate very well and get a great deal. She took care of the entire process from our loan approval to closing. She stayed on top of the transaction through all the stages and gave us daily updates without needing us to make one call to her. As first time home buyers, we don't think anybody could have done due diligence for us, like her. We are grateful to her and will definitely use her services for our future real estate investments. Best of luck Hena, you truly stand out from others in this business. Keep that energy level and passion going on the up!

ZillowVERIFIED Hena helped us successfully purchase an incredible house. She was patient , trustworthy and very flexible, and super quick to respond to our questions, even though as relatively uninformed buyers we had a lot to ask, she took my complete lack of real estate knowledge in stride and answered (honestly and candidly) every dumb question I could come up with. When I fell in love with terrible homes she was supportive but pointed out specific problems and explained potential points of concern; at no point did I feel any pressure to make an offer on a home that wasnt perfect. I quickly came to trust her instincts aEUR" shed come to completely different conclusions than me after looking at the same pictures but every time she ended up being right. We were prepared for a long search, but unexpectedly came across our dream home after viewing just a few others. Hena gave great advice as far as our offer went- she was very knowledgeable about what would make our offer stand out in an extremely challenging market. She helped us to get it pre-inspected, get our mortgage details in order, put the offer together, and beat out other offers, all in less than a week. This was my first home buying experience, and Hena made it as anxiety- free as possible.Shes a personable, competent and confident lady wiith her help, we managed to close on a beautiful house that we love.Ill gladly work with Hena again and would recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome agent. If we are rich enough to purchase a second house; Hena will definitely be our first choice! Thank you Hena God bless you I pray to God that one day you become the top most Realtor of USA. Padma Kishwar Sharma

ZillowVERIFIED A little over a year ago, we wrote a review on our experience with Hena Malkani. At that time Hena had helped us locate a Condo for us to rent, and in that process we ended up with a new fried in her. In that review I had had stated how Hena had gone above and beyond her role as a realtor and helped us. This time around we decided to buy a house and she again helped us way beyond and then some. Her grasp of our needs and her understanding of our taste is something I have not seen in other realtors, and boy have I dealt with quite a few in my lifetime. Her resourcefulness is another added advantage that she brings to the table. She also helped us find a loan broker best suited to our needs. Simply put she is an amazing person and a great professional realtor to have on your side.
