ZillowVERIFIED From our first meeting with Helene, her knowledge and professionalism were apparent and reassuring. We had a bit of a tricky situation as the house we were selling was in a life estate and involved several sellers. Helene was sensitive to all parties involved and yet focused on the current market and was committed to making the sale. Her advice was excellent and accurate and her work ethic, unmatched. The experience of dealing with her has been the most positive one we have EVER had with any real estate agent. We highly recommend Helene to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in this area of Long Island. Thank you Helene!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Helene was extremely knowledgable about our area, and insisted we list immediately, when we felt like we needed to wait. She knew the market, and was absolutely correct in insisting we jump in. We appreciate her knowledge and passion, and she kept on top of every detail, insuring a relatively quick sale for the price we needed. We were able to sell to a family that was a perfect fit, in a quick timeframe, moving us on to our next stage of life. We would choose her again if needed!

ZillowVERIFIED Helene has been in the industry for many years and was used as a trusted advisor to find a qualified buyer. She was 100% committed to us as a seller and kept in constant contact with us during all the transactions. She provided market guidance when needed and attracted a wide geographical net of customers who ultimately purchased. I feel the house was marketed often and in the correct publications. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.
