ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Helen from CO. Helen is hands down the best realtor we've worked with so far. We trusted her completely, she was so honest and doesn't pull punches to get a sale. She will tenaciously research the details of anything that doesn't seem right. She was a pleasure to work with and although we got priced out of the market this year, we hope to be able to try again with her in a couple years.

ZillowVERIFIED Helen is my New Hampshire Realtor! She helped us find our forever home two years ago, while we were living in Virginia and my husband was retiring from the Navy. The transition to civilian life was made easy with Helen's assistance. This summer Helen helped us purchase a home for our Mother just 10 minutes down the road! As I type she is helping two of my other closest family members find NH property. I cannot speak more highly of her, she is always there at a moment's notice for our real estate needs. - Happy Buyer and former Florida Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Helen worked with us from CA. She took care of making sure everything was appraised, inspected, water, etc. We bought the house without us seeing it. We have so much trust in her. And it worked out perfectly, we love our new 2nd home.

ZillowVERIFIED We had tried a few different Realtors before We found Helen. I should say she found us. We made a general inquiry about a property on Zillow and Helen immediately responded.Helen worked different than the others. Everyone wanted to auto send any property that was supposed to match what we wanted. None did. No personal connection. Helen constantly kept in contact and we could reach her anytime or day.Helen has the patience of a saint. Never gave up. We were not the easiest client. We wanted certain things and she didn't tell us about houses that didn't match them. She referred us to a home inspector and mortgage broker that worked just like her making it seemless.I would highly recommend Helen for any Real Estate needs. We were so pleased working with Helen that she will handle our other home when we're ready. I wouldn't consider anyone else. Thanks Helen for making this difficult endeavor as pleasant as possible. We appreciate everything you did for us.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved Helen so much, she listened to our budget needs, helped us with a very quick look at a home, and drove hours to meet with us and get our offer in as soon as we were ready, she guided us knowledgeably, and we are now proud first time homeowners!

ZillowVERIFIED Helen was amazing! Not only did we find our home so quick, she was always on top of everything in a speedy manner. As first time home buyers we had little knowledge on what to expect and what to look for, I really appreciated Helens honesty and advice when it came to what we needed most and how to go about it! Thanks again Helen!

ZillowVERIFIED Helen was fantastic! She managed the sale of my condo with very little intervention needed from me. Not only did she sell it for near asking price, but we closed just a month after it was listed. Hands down the best realtor Ive dealt with.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Helen Skaleris? Let me put it his way. She is the only realtor I would want to help sell our home or purchase another property. We were so impressed by her professionalism and her genuine caring for us going through the process. Helen helped us buy our home. It is a VA loan and the process was quite complicated at times. Helen took us through the process of trying to find our perfect home. Due to my work schedule I could only look at houses on Sunday mornings. She would always show up on time with 2-3 houses that fit our preferences. Helen is one fantastic Real Estate Professional. Thank You Helen!

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Helen to sell our father's farm, the sale from start to finish was to say the least one of the hardest experiences we ever went through, but Helen kept her cool and just kept telling me to relax, after 5 months of ups and downs with the buyers we finally closed on the farm. I would have never wanted to go through that experience with another realtor, she was both professional and a true friend telling me everything was going to be alright and did everything in her power to help the sale go through. I would work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Helen sold our house, which was a very tough house to sell. Her feedback to us about the house was honest and on point. She ran multiple open houses, was available literally any time and even coordinated a month to month rental unit for us when we were between houses.Helen also helped us find and purchase our dream house. With houses selling so quickly she always made time to accompany us to showings so we could move quickly. Her contacts in finance and home inspection were helpful and her knowledge of the local market, prices and home values was on point.I have already recommended Helen to a co-worker who is looking to move to New Hampshire.

ZillowVERIFIED Helen was amazing to work with! I happened to be out on maternity leave from work while house hunting. Helen arranged showings for me, made sure to leave plenty of time at the showing and in between showings so I could feed/change our new baby as needed without feeling rushed, and on the houses I gave the initial OK on, she arranged follow up showings so that my husband could see the house too. When we found the house we fell in love with, she had the idea for us to write a letter to the sellers and we managed to get the house even though there had been another offer made. She really listened to what we wanted in a house, didn't try to "upsell" us from our budget, and didn't waste our time showing us places that didn't meet our criteria. I know we weren't, but Helen absolutely made us feel like we were her only clients. She was just so great to work with, and I would highly recommend her for anybody looking for a real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED HELEN MADE HERSELF AVAILABLE TO ME, ON MY HECTIC SCHEDULE TO VIEW A PROPERTY HERE, IN MANCHESTER. I AM A SMALL RETAIL BUSINESS OWNER, WITHOUT A LOT OF FREE TIME. SHE KEPT ME IN THE LOOP....EVEN WHEN ANOTHER OFFER WAS ACCEPTED ( MY OFFER WAS ON THE LOW SIDE AND HELEN ADVISED ME OF SUCH.... WELL, WHEN THE "ACCEPTED OFFER" ...FELL THROUGH AND THE PROPERTY WAS BACK ON THE MARKET....HELEN ALERTED ME ASAP, THAT PROPERTY WAS BACK ON THE MARKET AND SHE BROUGHT ME BACK TO THE TABLE. HAPPY TO SAY I AM CLOSING ON THIS PROPERTY TOMORROW. HELEN MADE MY DREAMS COME TRUE!!! IF IT WAS NOT FOR HELEN KEEPING ME FOCUSED, I WOULD STILL ME RENTING.

ZillowVERIFIED Helen was an amazing real estate agent and is highly recommended. She helped me price my home at a price that was aggressive enough to both parties. There were about 6 other homes for sale in my community that were all similar. With Helen's knowledge of the market and buyers she was able to get my house sold by the first person who looked at it! She was all about her customers best interests and helped make the process as painless and fast as possible. If I ever move back to New Hampshire and buy a home she will be number one on my list. She is highly recommended and will refer her to all my relatives in New Hampshire. Thanks Helen!

Both homes I had to see just more than once and she would be there for me every time. Helen became a friend of the family. She is the best agent for me and I would recommend her to anyone in the highest standards she was there for me every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Helen exceeded my expectations by showing up after hours on numerous occasions and always following up with any questions I had. I took her advice and she was able to find a buyer well within the timeframe we had discussed. By far, the best thing about working with Helen was her responsiveness. She gets it done, and done right. I look forward to working with her the next time I decide to buy in New Hampshire :)
