Helen has helped us me with multiple houses. Helen is the realtor that will listen to your needs and work hard for us to make sure we are satisfied and well taken care of. She discussed our currents needs along with future wants and tried to make it all work out. We have used Helen Simpson many times and will again reach out to her on another property in another part of the state. I cannot tell anyone enough, how much we appreciate Helen Simpson being so caring and knowledgable as a Realtor in the Saratoga NY, Glens Falls NY and Greenfield NY along with Clifton Park NY, These are all areas that she had helped us with different projects. Helen also did a great job on our other home in Plattsburgh NY. The other realtors in Plattsburgh that we encountered, actually told us that she was great to work with, and crossed all the Ts but was tough. A neighbor of ours was also going to reach out to her she did such a good job. She traveled for us over and over for open housess and just to install a sign 1.5 hours away. That is the care that Helen Simpson gives to her clients.
