She demonstrated time after time that she was "on our side" from our first viewing to the closing. Always making helpful and insightful suggestions and recommendations regarding various properties we were considering. Helen was very patient, returning repeatedly with us to view the same house and even meeting people at the house, while we still lived out of State. She knows the area so well, that she was able to recommend someone for all our needs. She had great contacts for home inspectors, engineers, contractors, floor experts, plumbers, electricians, landscaping, etc. Helen knows her stuff and I cannot stress how grateful we are to have landed in her very capable and caring hands.

ZillowVERIFIED Helen was fantastic. We happened to come across her at an open house and we hadn't started working with an agent yet, and she was so helpful that it was a great fit for us. She supported us throughout the process and was always available for guidance or just to listen to me vent when things were getting a little frustrating. All ended well and we closed on the house a few weeks ago. Overall, it was a long experience that I hope not to do again soon, but Helen helped us make the process as smooth as possible and would highly recommend her.
