ZillowVERIFIED Helen was a huge help in getting me above asking price when selling my existing house and worked very hard to get me the best possible deal on my new house. She was very thorough and detailed in all aspects of both transactions. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends and use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer I had no idea or experience on how to approach buying my first home, especially in this hectic market. Helen came along and my the process extremely easy for me to understand. She was patient, well experienced, and knew how to approach every home/situation we encountered. She even went above and beyond in terms of finding me a plumber, electrician, as well as a reputable home inspector! I really appreciate everything Helen has done for me and if I ever plan on looking for another home or rental property in the future she is my go to.

ZillowVERIFIED Helen was very patient and helpful for us. She goes the extra mile for her clients. For example, I was looking for a teaching job and since she was a former teacher she was able to get my information out to a school and I got an interview.

ZillowVERIFIED Oh! Helen is the best. She helped us get our dream house in less than 2 months. She also negotiated with the sellers so that we could get the refrigerator and $1000 off during closings costs. Even after closing, we reach her out for any questions and she is always responsive. Thank you Helen, you're a great person and a true professional who knows how to do your job.

ZillowVERIFIED Helen is truly an amazing real estate agent. I was looking for a home that would accommodate my family. The community I live in is diverse, quiet and friendly! Helen searched for my home like she was searching for her own family a home and I loved that! She's very professional, and is an expertise in her field! Any concerns I had with my home, Helen was there to address them. She has great response time! Not to mention I was relocating from Pennsylvania to North Carolina and was still able to get things done, only because of Helen stepping in and taking care of things when I was not able to be there in person. I truly believe without Helen being there for me the way she was, I would not be in my home. Helen has great resources! Helen found me a home for a lifetime and I found a friend for a lifetime in Helen.
